On July 8, 2009 I summited four 14,000 ft peaks in the Mosquito Range in the Colorado Rockies.  The peaks were Mt. Democrat (14,148'), Mt. Cameron (14,238'), Mt. Lincoln (14,286), and Mt. Bross (14,172').  The hike started at Kite Lake (12,000').  The hike is a loop with a length of 7.25 miles.  Additional details of the trip can be found by clicking here.

Start of the hike.  The trail heads to the saddle in the middle of the

photo and then to the peak at the left of the photo (Mt. Democrat).

You then hike back down to the saddle and up the ridge line to the peak

on the right of the photo (Mt. Cameron)

and up the ridge line to Mt. Cameron (nearest peak) and then beyond to Mt. Lincoln (further peak).

After summiting Mt. Lincoln the trail goes along the ridge line to the right to Mt. Bross (not in photo)
