Cooper was coming down the stairs in the morning. I was doing laundry using bleach. He said "Do we have a pool?" I said No. He took a big sniff and said "I smell one" During the week of Septmeber 6 we traveled to Wyoming to Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. We stayed at the Grand Teton Lodge and took day trips into southern Yellowstone. When Cooper saw the acres and acres of burnt trees in south Yellowstone he told Michelle that the trees looked sad and that he wanted to get out of the car to hug them to make them feel all better and wipe away their tears. Cooper saw bison and elk for the first time and Michelle and Cooper heard the elk bugle at night.
e walked through the geyser field near Old Faithful and Cooper re-named all of the geysers for us...Grandpa Geyser, GG (Great Grandma) Geyser, Hippo Geyser, Grandma Geyser, Momma Geyser...
efore we left Grand Teton we got up early and headed to the Grand Teton Lodge back patio hoping to see a moose. Cooper loves binoculars (he calls them knock-knocks) and claimed to see a moose (there were none). However, on our way out of the park we luckily got to see one female moose
Cooper helped Grandpa T by keeping track of all the screws. He was dropping the screws into any hole he could find and thought the game was pretty fun.
