Day 22: Consulate Appointment
We applied for Finn and Tate's US immigration visas today. The Guangzhou-based US Consulate is the only one in China that processes adoption immigration visas. Therefore, all US adoption trips end here in Guangzhou.
Finn video conferenced with his teacher and foster mom today.
