Sloppy Joe BBQ

Ingredients

2 pounds ground chuck or ground round

2 cups celery – diced

1-½ cups onion – chopped

3 cups ketchup

¼ cup prepared mustard

1 cup brown sugar

Directions

Brown meat and drain fat

Sauté celery and onion and add to meat

Add ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar, stir in to combine

Let simmer 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally
