Day 10: Pearl Market
We had a slow day today. We are waiting for Tess's passport and then we'll have to do a few things next week to get her visa. It is going to be quite a bit of waiting now. Tomorrow we meet up with our travel group that we were with in Beijing. It will be nice to see them again and meet their children. Tess started opening up to Tom more today. She opens up more and more every day.
Tess will no longer use a high chair and she won't go into her stroller. She wants to be carried all the time. We have some outings coming up where we'll have to do a lot of walking and we may have to miss them. It's too hot and humid here to carry her everywhere. Tess liked the pool today. That was a new experience for her.
Breakfast in our hotel. Tess does not eat much.
Guangzhou Pearl Market
Tess opened up to Tom quite a bit more today.
Embroidery shop
We have mostly been on our own for lunch and dinner this week. It has been a mixed bag. Tonight we tried a little noodle restaurant. It was great. Two big entrees and two drinks cost $7.60. Not every place is this inexpensive or good.
