Day 6: Meet Finn - Gotcha Day
It was a happy day and a sad day. We got Finn today and he left his foster family of the past six years. We met his foster mom and dad and his teacher. His foster mom and dad have a grandson a little younger than Finn. It was hard for them. We are Finn's guardians now. In two days we will be his parents. He is very sweet, shy, introverted, polite, and probably pretty scared. He is beautiful. Finn knows very little English. We are using Google Translate to help us out.
Tomorrow we are going see where Finn grew up and visit his teacher and foster parents. They are going to host us for lunch.
