Adoption Trip for Finn and Tate
We are adopting two boys this month. Click here to meet Shen Jian Feng (Finn Thomas). Finn is eight years old. Click here to meet Xi Zheng Nan (Tate Joshua). Tate is 18 months old. The boys are not biologically related.
We have posted photos and videos in the daily logs below. Trip itinerary: Beijing (1) to Shenyang (2) to Zhengzhou (3) to Louyang (4) to Zhengzhou (3) to Guangzhou (5) to Hong Kong (6). Finn is in Shenyang which is close to North Korea. Tate is in Louyang which is southwest of Beijing.
Days 1 and 2: Chicago to Beijing (July 5 and 6)
Day 4: Tour Beijing (Great Wall)
Day 6: Meet Finn (July 10, 2017)
Day 7: Shenyang (Visit Foster Family)
Day 8: Finalize Finn's Adoption
Day 12: Shenyang to Zhengzhou (Train)
Day 13: Meet Tate (July 17, 2017)
Day 14: Finalize Tate's Adoption
Day 15: Visit Tate's Orphanage
Day 16: Visit Sawyer's Orphanage
Day 17: Shaolin Temple / Receive Tate's Passport
Day 19: Buddhist Temple / Old Chen House
Day 20: Medical Exams and Pearl River Cruise
Day 21: Pearl Market and Group Photo / Dinner
Day 22: Consulate Appointment to Apply for Visas
Day 25: Drive to Hong Kong. Fly to Chicago
